The Beach Suite
The Beach Suite can accommodate from one to six persons. For the privacy and comfort of our guests, we only rent our beach suites in Wellfleet, MA, to a single family or group. This spacious suite features queen-size beds in two bedrooms and twin beds in the third bedroom. It's perfect for families, reunions, or wedding groups and features a large sitting area, kitchenette, living room, dining room, private bath, and a deck with chairs. It has direct outside access and is just $325.00 per night in season for double occupancy and $75.00 for each additional person up to six. Your stay includes an expanded continental breakfast. Seasons
Our high season is May through October and requires a three-night minimum stay. The value season runs from November through April, and a two-night stay is required. Our holiday weekend bookings require a three-night minimum stay. Children under two stay free at our Cape Cod lodging, and you must bring your own portable crib.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties, and we do no accommodate pets. Every suite has stairs, and unfortunately, we are not handicapped accessible.

If you’re looking for the best places to stay in Cape Cod, please email us with your booking inquiry. We will get back to you by email as soon as possible to confirm room availability for the dates you have requested. You may also contact us by phone.
There is no penalty for cancellations that allow us plenty of rebooking time. A 15% penalty will be charged to your deposit if you cancel without enough time to rebook. No-shows lose their deposit.
